It is located a short walk away from a typical Venetian shopping area, where you will find shops of various kinds that are frequented mainly by locals. It's the ideal starting point to visit the city.

Apartment on the second floor in a typical 19th-century Venetian building. Very bright and located in the historic center with many shops and services, but away from the hustle and bustle. The entrance is shared with the apartment manager, but completely separate. Only the main entrance and the laundry area are shared. The kitchen is large, while in the main room there is a double bed and a small living room.

The house is part of an ancient Venetian villa. It is located in the Dorsoduro area, the art district of Venice, the most picturesque and evocative. It has been recently renovated, the position is super quiet. The ideal stay for a couple and to be close to the most important museums and art events.
