Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Venezia, solo 8 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e 5 minuti da Rialto. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma poco ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. Raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione e da Piazzale Roma (300 metri) Vi è un approdo per il taxi che rende l'appartamento adatto per chi giunge dall'aeroporto Marco Polo. La casa gode di splendidi affacci aperti sull'acqua e su di uno splendido ponte. Vicinissima a tutti i principali servizi. Gli arredi sono nuovi e di pregio e la casa è stata da poco completamente e finemente ristrutturata.
