A private door leads you into a hall/utility area + then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, a lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds + 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We have a double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep 2.

Santa Marina Apartment

Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Venezia, solo 8 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e 5 minuti da Rialto. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma poco ripidi. Raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione e da Piazzale Roma (300 metri) Vi è un approdo per il taxi che rende l'appartamento adatto per chi giunge dall'aeroporto Marco Polo. La casa gode di splendidi affacci aperti sull'acqua e su di uno splendido ponte. Vicinissima a tutti i principali servizi. Gli arredi sono nuovi e di pregio e la casa è stata da poco completamente e finemente ristrutturata.
