The bright flat is a perfect combination of modern style and tradition: while all the pieces of furniture are brand new, the white mosaic floor, the ceiling with beams and decorative details reflect the typical Venetian interiors. The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. Rialto Bridge is only seven minutes away, or venture a little further to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. Getting lost in the picturesque alleyways is part of the beauty of exploring Venice. Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the ID of only one guest will be requested, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

The apartment was totally renovated in 2021, it is easy to get to and in an excellent location for those who want to visit the Biennale. It has an independent entrance, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and a large living room with a sofa bed. It is located a short walk away from a typical Venetian shopping area, where you will find shops of various kinds that are frequented mainly by locals. It's the ideal starting point to visit the city.

Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Castello district, one of the most authentic areas of Venice, near the Arsenale. Just a 10-minute walk away are St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale Gardens, home to the renowned Art or Architecture Exhibition. The area offers all essential services: supermarkets, butcher shops, greengrocers, and traditional bakeries—perfect for those who want to experience Venice’s history, tradition, and local charm.

The apartment is located at a few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, but away from the crowds. Bright, airy and quiet, it has two small but cosy terraces with a view on Venetian roofs. We have renovated it recently, trying to maintain its atmosphere (it used to be the house of a painter). It is set on the last floor of a building of historical interest with a beautiful gothic courtyard and a 15th-century staircase and water well.
