Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

A fully-equipped kitchen, wi fi and washing machine - and a small courtyard. 20 minutes walk from San Marco, 3 from the ferry stop, 2 from Biennale. Via Garibaldi (3 minutes away) has all the shops and food places you need. City tax 4e adult; 2e child 10-16, for first 5 days only.

It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

It's position is ideal to start to explore Venice with no need to use the waterbus. It's on the second floor of a small building with only two apartments. On the third floor you'll find a large rooftop with table and chairs at guests' exclusive use with a beautiful view on the roofs.
