We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. In the large garden, available to all, there are two pools (one for children), games, organic vegetable garden. We have a restaurant Pierpaolo cooking the typical Tuscan dishes.

Grazioso appartamento di 60 mq situato nel corso principale del paese. Si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo storico. L'ingresso è situato sul corso principale della cittadina mentre le finestre si affacciano verso l'esterno delle mura offrendo un vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è composto da: ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto, cucina, bagno con finestra a tetto. E' dotato di forno a microonde, forno grande, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e wi-fi.

Tv, BBq ,( in caso di necessità mettiamo ha disposizione la lavatrice dalle 9 alle 20, che si trova nella nostra lavanderia ) . E' consigliata l'auto in quanto ci troviamo in campagna , sia per essere indipendente , sia per potere visitare la magnifica campagna toscana . Parcheggio e wifi gratuiti. A View From the Top is an apartment in the most peaceful part of Montepulciano. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen-living room with a small terrace overlooking the hills From summer 2025 our wine tasting will be available in the new garden and we have a young private chef for cooking class at home ,not in the weekend. Guests will park close the apartment,in the street 50 mt away.

La nostra struttura, pur condannando la guerra, si dissocia da tutti i comportamenti razzisti verso la popolazione russa e bielorussa. A Casa del Passerino le persone di queste nazionalità sono ben accette e saranno considerate alla stregua di tutte le altre. Vi aspettiamo in Toscana!
