Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

At the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guesthouse. A sunny two-story house with garden and water. The bus ride to Amsterdam should take 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

This house and this area are very photogenic.

The Tiny House has a view of the meadows and all the comforts. From hob to dishwasher and from music system to a lovely shower. The Tiny House is also equipped with fast Wi-Fi, TV and A/C. Not accessible with public transportation. Own transportation is important.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes by bus you are at Amsterdam Central Station. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
