We had a great time at Federica's place. The house is superb with a very nice ceiling height, space and air conditioning that assured us good nights despite the heatwave. The house is quiet and you can make complete darkness thanks to the inside and outside shutters. Giovanna, Federica and Andrea were lovely hosts and did everything to make us feel at home. The location is really ideal for visiting the area, with the possibility of accessing Florence and Pisa in about thirty minutes, and the coast in less than an hour (I recommend Viareggio for the beach). Siena and San Gimignano are also accessible with a very reasonable journey time. I highly recommend this listing!

We only stayed one night but we had a good time, the house is beautiful, the village is quiet, and it is close to convenient parking lots and excellent restaurants. You can also enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful host.

Wonderful space in the heart of San Miniato. Walter was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the detailed information on parking and the generously stocked pantry & refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space and exploring the charming town.
