We were looking for an overnight stay in Rouen. Valerie’s apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and modern apartment in a quiet gated block. Valerie recommended we head to the Place du Vieux-Marche for bars and restaurants. Lots of choice and just a few stops away on the metro. Ideal for our short stay. Would recommend

Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

very good experience in the house proposed by Anne and Nicolas. Adjoined to their associative educational farm that we took great pleasure in visiting, you also enjoy the horses of the adjoining equestrian center and biquettes in the garden. the house is large enough. We were 3 families with 6 children! Communication is very fluid and departures/arrivals are very flexible!

I highly recommend you choose this beautiful house. This experience was perfect from start to finish. Laura is a wonderful host, always available and attentive. The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. We had a wonderful stay as a family at this place. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the jacuzzi to the pool, including the cleanliness and comfort of the premises. Sylvie was an exceptional host: welcoming, caring and of a rare sweetness. She did everything to make us feel comfortable, and that from our arrival. Everything was planned for the comfort of my 9-month-old twins as well as for my 8-year-old son. We leave with very nice memories and the desire to come back! This is one of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was immaculate. To sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by and listen to the amazing birdsong was one of the highlights of the holiday. The house is lovely, very comfortable with everything you could need. Marie Gabrielle was more than helpful and very patient with our late arrival! We would definitely come back.

This apartment was furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The quality of everything was exceptional. We were able to use a bus to get into town really easily. The development is brand new and very quiet. Highly recommended! Thank you Thomas

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Really nice place with great view on cathedral and Rolo’s statue. Perfect location, also you have free parking 400m away. If you are into history then beside fact that the building really old, the decors might be interesting to you as it includes replica of medieval helmet with nasal, sword and shield.

100% recommended. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very nice. Sofia is always looking out for us. I traveled with my husband and my 2-year-old baby. I would definitely stay here again.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Alain welcomed us to his home. He explained everything to us in a very detailed way. The listing is located in a quiet residence and close to public transport. For the brave, the city center is a 15-minute walk away. I would highly recommend it
