Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caumont-sur-Aure

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Really lovely flat. Had a great stay. Minor issues in the beginning working out where we were going and where the car park was but that was us just not knowing the area. Would recommend.

Vincent is a great host. He was very accommodating with our check-in time. He greeted us at the apartment and showed us how everything works. Very responsive to our inquiries. The apartment is less than a 2-minute walk from downtown Bayeux, spacious, and well appointed. I highly recommend this place.

The apt. was clean, and well equipped. Parking spot right in front is a bonus as is an outdoor seating area and washer/dryer in back. Walking distance to everything. An FYI is you will need to clean, including mopping or pay a $15e fee. Not a problem, just good to know.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

To pass a.moment for two, quiet with all the charms of Deauville nearby. The apartment fully equipped. Very well arranged, and ABOVE ALL the views are magnificent without any vis-à-vis. Sea view, marina, Trouville. A 180-degree view thanks to the beautiful bays. Vrament a very good time. Thank you Claire.

Very nice place in the center of Caen. Everything within walking distance easy to do, for further destinations within Caen there is a tram station right outside the door. All in all, a very nice place to be if you want to visit the city of Caen.

A great place to stay with an ocean view and parking

Beautiful impeccable house, very nice, quiet and faithful to the photos. The veranda is particularly pleasant and comfortable, with a guaranteed light bath even in the event of rain and grey weather. Émeline and Damien are particularly responsive. Everything was perfect. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Kelyan's, the house is well designed with the living rooms + the master suite upstairs offering the view of the lake and on the garden level 2 bedrooms with bathroom and laundry room accessible from a 2nd entrance. Note a public charging station for electric vehicles 50 m from the house. Kelyan is a particularly responsive host.

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

Oh what a wonderful place for a large group. Communication with host Michael was very good both by email and in person, his English was far better than our French. The accommodation was majestic and everywhere was clean. We were a group of 12 seniors, and although a rural location was central to all the D day celebrations with the furthest beaches only 25 miles away. Great location if you are driving and want to visit the Normandy beaches. The house is exceptional and the kitchen facilities are superb. Will definitely be back.

Loved my stay at Martine’s house. This was my first Airbnb and what a pleasure it was stay here. The communication from Fred was fantastic so thank you for being so attentive! Self check in made things super easy and allowed me to visit numerous sites and museums on my way down the coast from Calais. The estate is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful - the house backs onto fields. All amenities were great, loved the kitchen and all furnishings! Many thanks

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we've been to in a long time. Super chic furnished, nice and quiet & very lovely hosts! We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!
