I highly recommend. I had a great stay at this listing. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very well located, close to shops. The bed was comfortable and everything went very well from start to finish. The pool is really great as well as the view! The host was welcoming and available for any questions. The small apartment has a bright, friendly ambiance with a large terrace area and is immaculately clean. The owner lives in the same house. There is another neighboring apartment, which, however, was not rented, so we were undisturbed and private. The garden is lovingly laid out. The location is quiet, except for the neighbor's constantly running pump. The landlady has always been available, check in and out quickly and easily. Thanks so much

Very nice stay in a beautiful living space. There were 14 of us: adults, teenagers, children and baby. Everyone has found their place because the house is large, functional and well equipped. Alain is very present and likes to please. He responds to all our requests with great sympathy!!!

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We had a great stay, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of interest and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very appreciable, special mention to the audio system which is very pleasant and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humored person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very well and is available if needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on the places to visit, as well as on the good addresses of the area, which was very appreciated. 15-day rental in this beautiful villa with an excellent pool and 2 steps from Agosta beach. Within walking distance of some convenience stores and a few restaurants, activities on Agosta beach itself. The hosts are charming and very discreetly ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Everything was great, the view and the outdoor area were our highlight. There were minor signs of wear in the house, which was not bad. Communication was great and quick👍🏼. Due to the good connection, you could also explore the area very well. All in all, a great place to stay. We'd love to come back.

Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.

We felt very comfortable in the clean, modern furnished house and were able to relax perfectly! The terrace is wonderful with a view of the mountains and not visible, so with absolute privacy. A small pool and deck chairs invite you to refresh and relax, simply wonderful! The occasional noise from the neighboring construction site hardly affected us. The contact with Charlotte was perfect, she was always available and the tips and restaurant suggestions were great. The bedroom on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom is relatively small, but clean and modern with a nice shower. The toilet is on the ground floor and not in the bathroom, but that did not bother us. The only thing we missed was a full-length mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is available, which works well and was absolutely necessary at temperatures above 30° in early June. The location is great, car necessary!

We had a great family stay in this villa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain! Access to the sea on foot is appreciable. A large swimming pool and everything you need for sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Tasteful decoration of the whole house and everything you need to cook. A very nice basket of goodies welcomed us😊. Thanks to our host. We recommend this villa without a second thought. The situation is also an asset.

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view, so we were able to relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you can enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car, with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maud solved minor problems very quickly.

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for playing soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.

We greatly appreciated Léa's helpful and warm manner. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable and the Ville Julea, but that is not difficult. The view is unique, the open kitchen, all the comfortable lounge areas inside and outside - and always with the fantastic view. The great pool was also a great added value and rounded off the perfect stay.
