Spent a few nights here, very comfortable and a great value for money - close to Bologna, Parma, Modena…everywhere reachable by trains. Stefano is a great host and there is absolutely nothing I could point out that wasn’t as expected. Great coffee, thank you!

the apartment is in a quiet and central area, there are shops,bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and by train you can quickly get to both Bologna and Modena. I had a great time, Elisa and her husband were friendly, they waited for me for check-in, they gave me useful directions and the apartment was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Pietro is one of the kindest AirBnb hosts I have every interacted with. The place was very nice and matched all the descriptions and was the perfect fit for my weekend in Italy. He was extremely kind with picking my roommate and I up from the train station, even though our arrivals were so late in the night. Saving us loads of money for Ubers from the station to the place. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Pietro’s as he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and our weekend would be fully enjoyed.

I had a really time, the house is extremely clean and cozy, as well as complete with everything you need, both inside and outside, since it is located just a stone's throw from the center where there is practically everything within walking distance from the door. And then Simone, what can I say? Apart from the fact that he didn't make me miss anything, but then I have to say that he is a great, great, great person; usually traveling every now and then you find hospitable, kind people, but he is beyond! A brother! I will definitely be back (maybe to celebrate Modena's Serie A...)... Greetings to Giacomo, I owe you an ice cream!
