Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Çayköy

It was a wonderful house, there are parking spaces due to its location and it is very close to the center, you can feel like you are at home, we had everything we needed, I would definitely prefer it if I come again.

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

During our stay, my family and I felt at home. From the moment we first entered the house, everything was impeccable and very clean. Everything we may need during the stay has been thought out by Ms. Aliya and a comfortable living area has been created. ms. Münevver was very interested. We rented for the loft, it was also very nice, but my guest next to me said that she liked a downstairs apartment with 3 balconies. I asked Ms. Münevver and she said she could change our place because it was empty right now. We were very satisfied. Someone very strong her communication responds to the message instantly. We did not have any problems other than a small power outage, the room was about the transformers in the vicinity. Ms. Münevver provided the information immediately, she said when the electricity would come, she asked about our need, she was interested. You can get great suggestions from Ms. Münevver, who is very good in terms of price performance. Good holidays :)

The layout and design allowed me to have a wonderful holiday. Maintenance was performed for pool cleaning every other day. We didn't even want to leave the house and go for a walk. It has been designed with privacy in mind. Kitchenware is selected as first class. All our needs were met by thinking of us. Thank you, Mutlu.

Great Villa with great location.

First of all, it is a perfect location to rest your head, if I plan to go to Kaş again, I would prefer it again and I always recommend it. Inside the house, everything has been thought out to the finest detail, prepared to meet all needs. The most important thing is hygiene and cleanliness, and a 10/10 experience was definitely offered. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are sparkling clean, towels and linens are as clean as the first day. The garden landscape is very beautiful, and the garden has three seating areas, very comfortable and peaceful. The barbecue in the garden is just what you need. I've had a pool in many of my accommodations, but this is the first time I've encountered one that is so clean and has such a good system. Garden shower, ping pong table, pear seats, etc. plus amenities. The design and decor of the house is very stylish, a house thought out to the finest detail. If you want to feel at peace with nature, as if you were in your own home, you should definitely choose this house. Thank you very much to the host for hosting us, I hope we will have the chance to stay again.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

We are very satisfied with the stay. We really felt at home , all facilities were present. Ahmet always responded within 10 minutes. In case of problems or other things, we had a nice communication. We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Kalkan, close to the city center, where you can have a nice holiday with your family. The pool of the house is clean and all the air conditioners, etc. that you may need for the person staying in the house were available and in working condition. The host Mr. Ahmet and his family are extremely caring, sensitive and kind people. We said goodbye, not realizing how time had passed.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
