Absolutely adorable place. The whole place felt extremely homey and the host is absolutely amazing. Super sweet! Recommended some local places and they were absolutely amazing! Would come back if in the area again.

Leah was very accommodating and kind. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location to walk to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. 20/10 would stay here again!

Chris was most accommodating, described his property just as proposed to be. All appliances, bathroom operational to standards expected and all features were as described. We had a great weekend celebrating the wedding of our son and new daughter-in-law! Their wedding officiant and came to the house for the ceremony which they did right out on the dock. It was a beautiful setting for photos. We loved the house - everything was so clean and comfortable. The porch swing was lovely - a few more good rocking chairs would be great so everything can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the views from the porch. We loved the firepit and the availability of camp chairs to all sit around it. The dining room table was perfect for playing cards and enjoying meals together. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Great house. Perfect for our family to relax between events we were attending. Sara was lightning fast to respond and even made sure to set up a high chair for us to accommodate our grandson.

The cottage was decorated so cute! One thing I did not realize was that there was no actual shower, it had a soaking tub and sprayer. The property was extremely noisy, but that was in the listing. It had everything we needed for our quick trip. Lisa was very responsive to any questions or changes.

I had a wonderful stay at Brad’s place near South Toledo Bend! The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed hiking the nearby trails and relaxing on the beach. It was exactly what I needed to unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. The home itself was cozy and comfortable, with smart features like Alexa controlling the lights, fans, and thermostat—such a convenient touch. Brad was a responsive and helpful host, always quick to answer any questions I had. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the daily visit from a friendly rabbit—such a sweet surprise! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. -Mary

Denise was proactive in her communication leading up to the trip. We arrived to a wonderfully appointed house full of snacks provided by the hosts. Very well appointed and a beautiful yard and pool. Highly recommend and will stay there again for future visits to the area.

Communication is key for me! Matt and his co-hosts were always very quick, responsive, and accommodating! Although we spent majority of our time fishing on the river, it was nice to enter a clean and cozy condo for bedtime! Beds were comfy and the room temperature was just right. Perfect central location to everything you need. Would definitely recommend!
