The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 pets for an additional $50 per stay in addition to the $150 cleaning fee. No parties or excessive noise as the home sits in a quiet residential area.

Bright & comfortable studio apartment located in a quiet family neighborhood in the country, yet minutes to town. We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. Or you can simply relax and enjoy a sunrise or sunset from the porch or fire pit outside.

The Cottage

Spend time by the pond and cast a line for a simple, relaxing escape (fishing poles not provided). Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
