3 bedroom duplex in the city center

I renovated this duplex to live in it and make it pleasant for the people who stay there. It is in the city center, close to the train station, on a semi-pedestrian street, close to the convention center, the Liberté... The building dates from the 18th century, without an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. It is 72 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a single toilet, and a small terrace. The windows of the bedroom on the street have very good double glazing, so not too much noise.

Welcome to the Hôtel de la Louvre! Built in 1659, the building in which the apartment is located is one of the oldest in Rennes still standing. The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments.
