What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Incredible location with an amazing view.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It was well equipped and very clean. A few minutes walk to train station, ferries and town attractions. The apartment felt like home. The host Rossana was welcoming and available if required. We would definitely stay there again.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Cara's apartment was perfect for our trip to the Villa D'Este Concours as it was right in the heart of Cernobbio—loads of things to do around the area and about 30 minutes from Milan. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and clean. The hosts welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, told us where we could go for food and drinks, and were always on hand if there were any problems. The place was excellent and I definitely would recommend it!

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Quiet, piecful location, beautiful view, all rooms are clean and tidy, easy communication with the owners, welcoming place, even a choclate treat waited for us :) perfect window covers so it was totally dark when we wanted to sleep weel. highly recommend!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
