Excellent accommodation, great kitchen with a big table for everyone , hotel/bar next door , felt welcome and a good spot for local attractions

My son & I stayed at the cottage on two consecutive weekends and it was brilliant! Clean, tidy, with comfy beds and exactly as the photos. Definitely recommend it if in the area. Dewi was easy to get hold of and very helpful with suggestions on the local area.

The cottage is everything you could want. Clean and spacious with all you could need and great with secure off road parking and enclosed large garden, perfect for our dog. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Easy 15/20 minute walk down into Bala which has all the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovely 5 days at this venue and selected the location for access to zip world. Weather was fabulous and the venue was cool down stairs which was great. There is an enclosed outside area with plenty of garden furniture ( this isn’t attached to the property but just approximately 15m away across the parking area). There is a fabulous secure grassy area ( no dogs allowed) adjacent to the property with football goals swings etc Really enjoyed our stay thank you.
