Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

With a 15-minute drive you are by the beach. Cesenatico, Cervia, Milano Marittima… you will enjoy the best holidays here! A few minutes by car there’s a cafe, bakery and a supermarket. In 10 minutes you reach the center of Cesena, a beautiful town with lots of life, restaurants and great historical places.

La villetta si trova a 200 metri dal centro storico di Gabicce Monte dove si può ammirare l'emozionante tramonto dalla Piazza Valbruna. A 1km dalla spiaggia di Baia Vallugola e le spiagge di Gabicce Mare. La villetta ha due camere doppie, una singola, due bagni, cucina e ampio salotto, giardino con possibilità di cenare all'esterno.
