The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning, guests can take advantage of free wifi, rooms, individually decorated, have bathroom, television and air conditioned. Guests can enjoy a large garden, in which in summer you can have breakfast, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea. In the village there are several restaurants and pizzerias. At 20 meters from 'accommodation there is the theater Petrella, a little gem, which hosts national premieres. The sea is just a few kilometers from us!

Villa Zanzi - Rooms, B&B

Villa Zanzi is a cozy property with bed and breakfasts nestled in the countryside of Faenza, 4km from the A14 motorway (exit Faenza). The accommodations (3 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 beds) are inside an eighteenth-century villa and furnished with furniture of the time forming part of the existing furniture. The rooms are located on the first floor, served by a large staircase. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with park equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas dedicated to the relaxation of guests.

Our hills are a popular destination for bicycle lovers because they offer routes suitable for all needs. The area is quiet and peaceful but close to typical restaurants and the center of Cesena, which is worth visiting for its culture, food and wine. From the garden you can admire beautiful sunsets.

I rent a single room with 2 beds, bed and breakfast only, in a new apartment where I usually live. There is the possibility of adding an additional cot in the same room. Being in the center, you can walk to the pharmacy, bank, Conad, and piadineria. It is an excellent central location for easily reaching Mirabilandia, Lido di Dante, Ravenna, Forlì, Cesena, and Cervia. There is a bus stop under the B&B. Breakfast is offered at the bar opposite with a voucher. Relax while admiring the wonderful sunsets.

A peaceful corner nestled in the hills of Montefeltro, near the village of Sassocorvaro with its medieval fortress and lake. Ideal base for excursions in the area (Urbino, San Marino, S. Leo, and the Adriatic Riviera) Surrounded by an olive grove, trees, and sculptures integrated into the landscape. The homemade breakfast is included in the price. Next to the b&b is Davide's art studio where ceramic classes will be held shortly. For those who want it, Elena offers fresh pasta classes.

Cervia, large room in the attic at my house

Attic room, spacious and quiet with private bathroom. It is not independent, it is accessed from the back entrance of my house. It has a double bed, double bedroom, air conditioning, table, refrigerator, microwave, kettle. It has no kitchen and no balcony. I provide: sheets, towels, shampoo, and breakfast products. Kitchen is not available. A cleaning fee of €15.00 to €35.00 is required upon arrival, depending on the length of the stay.
