Located in the village of Rosiére-la-Grande, the cottage has exceptional views of the countryside. After a walk through the Ardennes forests on foot or by mountain bike, a visit to the many points to visit nearby (Bastogne, Bouillon,...), you can enjoy the private outdoor jacuzzi or sauna to recharge your batteries. Located at the rear of the farm, you can access it through your private entrance from the parking lot of the property. This country inn will delight you with its charm and comfort.

The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. This quiet cottage enjoys exceptional views and has a private garden of 5 hectares with tennis available to tenants. The forest starts at the bottom of the garden. The walks are endless. The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The cottage "Haut Chenois" is located 1 km from the village of Herbeumont, beautiful tourist village of the Semois valley, just next to the Gaume known for its sunny climate

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest. Guests can park their vehicle easily. You will enjoy a neatly decorated bedroom, with recent bedding (140*190) and quality, and a room with a shower area, separate toilet and kitchen area.

We are pleased to welcome you to our small cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
