Accommodation perfectly matches the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully enclosed courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia information about the accommodation. We recommend it +++

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

We were welcomed in this beautiful home, refurbished and with a magnificent view! Pierre and his wife were responsive and flexible with our expectations and requests. I would absolutely recommend it!

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

My stay went well, the accommodation is consistent with the photos, the description and is very well furnished, I recommend it.

The apartment was clean, tidy and above all very well located close to transportation and shops. Sara was very available and responsive. As soon as there was a small issue, she didn't hesitate to fix it quickly. We stayed in the accommodation for 4 days. Thank you also to Fatima for the welcome.

Overlooking a nice garden, the accommodation is very pleasant, quiet, clean. Enough to make a coffee and a snack, thank you for this little extra. I recommend it!

Although we had some problems for the entrance, the host compensated us for the wait., which says a lot about it being a professional airbnb. Other than that, the apartment was very good and responds to what the photos present. Regards.

Excellent stay in Bry sur Marne in June. Warm welcome from Sophie and Philippe (very nice 2), my family and I had a wonderful stay in this clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Exceptional setting with the park and animals under the balcony. I highly recommend other travelers to stay at their place, it was super nice. We appreciate it.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. Very nice studio, clean and functional, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The small garden is lovely. And very appreciated for the pets accepted so kindly in the studio. The parking space in basement is also very popular. Very warm welcome, very responsive host.

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

Must say that it is very rare to have an accomodation this clean. Vincent was very friendly and everything worked out well. The area is lovely and nice to stay after busy Paris. The train is very convenient, there is a good shop near by. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Should we be back in Paris, we would stay here again.

Nice apartment and extremely good hosts, only 25 minutes to get to disneyland as described and the apartment is located in a gated community so you dont have to worry about your car in the designated parking spot. Nothing was missing and the hosts give enough information to find your way around.
