Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Champigny-sur-Marne

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s apartment in Paris! The location was perfect—just steps away from the metro and bus, which allowed us to leave our car parked and easily explore every part of the city. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a relaxing home base. Anne’s husband met us upon arrival and was fantastic—welcoming, helpful, and thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. It was truly a pleasure to stay here, and we would be delighted to return on our next trip to Paris!

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

The place is perfect if you're visiting as a tourist. We were out all day exploring Paris and basically only came back to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but if you're staying just a few days, they are functional. The kitchen was a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was just as shown in the pictures and description. As for the location, the area is quiet and nice, though it is far from the city center. However, if you use public transportation to get around, you won't have any issues.

This accommodation is ideal both for enjoying the calm of the banks of the Marne and for convenient and short access to inner Paris. The garden is beautiful, the house charming and the neighborhood is ultra peaceful. Pascale is very attentive and gave us good recommendations. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience. A comfortable apartment with a very nice modern decor, very well equipped, very clean, and very quiet. Easily accessible (transportation nearby), with supermarket, pharmacy and bakery nearby. Parking is available if necessary. And super responsive, attentive, considerate hosts. I recommend it 400%

A really nice place. Quietly located with a park, beautiful restaurants and a very tasty bakery. It was a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Great connection to go to Paris. Wahab was very friendly and always easy to reach. We would check back in here anytime.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Ramy was a friendly host and check-in was easy. The flat is just 5 mins walk from the RER and a supermarket with a boulangerie just around the corner. Perfect for trips to Disneyland or central Paris.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was very nice, clean and beautiful. Quiet environment with a very beautiful garden and outdoor seating. The accommodation is in a great commuting distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard time is 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this accommodation!!!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Excellent place to stay!Located in a very quiet and cozy neighborhood.The introduction to the stay was very detailed, and the room was very clean

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

It was clean and I was able to stay very comfortably! The owner was also very kind. I would like to use it again!
