If you need a sign to stay here, this is it!!! My friends and I spent our Easter weekend at Fern Cottage with Nicola and her 4 doggies. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had this stay with her. We walked in to a freshly baked Easter cake and the sweetest card ever. Everything in the house had such clear instructions and she also had a folder with all the details about the place surroundings so we never had to look for anything. We will definitely be visiting again! This place was truly so special and homely! We spent so much time in the conservatory, reading, chatting and soaking in the views. It really is the perfect getaway!

Had a great week in the chalet, sea views one way and steam trains the other way. The chalet has everything you need and more ! Great communication from Helen on arrival and just before departure. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent week with Cara and Marcus. They were always easily accessible for any queries but we had very few. We had ordered a food delivery, which Cara offered to help us unpack and put away. We were a family party of 16, ranging in age from 8 to 76 and there were lots of interesting things to do at the property as well as in the surrounding area. The younger ones spent a lot of time in the swimming pool and on the football table while the older ones really appreciated the snooker and pinball tables in the games room. There were lots of drinking glasses in the bar but we should have asked for some smaller ones for the children. We had a wonderful evening around the fire-pit, chatting and admiring the incredible view. We'd certainly recommend this property and the hosts.

We stayed at the Little Barn for 4 weeks as temporary accomodation from home. The Barn made a stressful time at home seem like more of a holiday. Lisa was always around when needed and stayed in communication the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and cozy on the mezzanine. The living room gives a great view and is the perfect spot for sun rise. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
