Lizzie and Scott were most welcoming. The property is very conveniently located for exploring Kent and the surrounding areas. Parking was good and always a bonus. The cart House met our expectations and was ideal for what myself and my wife wanted.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this unique, historic home from the 1500s—it felt like living in a museum! The vibe was incredible, with so much charm and history in every corner. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience that’s well worth it. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. There’s also a lovely bar right outside, perfect for a relaxing evening. The area is rich with history, and staying here made us feel like we were part of it. Sigrid and her partner were such wonderful hosts—so warm and welcoming, and we loved meeting them. If you’re looking for a memorable and special place to stay, this is it!

Thanks for a lovely stay. It truly is a beautiful place to stay - full of all the home comforts you could wish for, beautifully decorated and lovely comfortable beds. It was very clean and in great order. The location is perfect for exploring the local countryside and for going further afield to both coastlines. It’s a 10 min walk to the local Westwell Vineyard too which is a lovely Friday evening out. We had a dog and great for local walks. Couldn’t fault it at all and hopefully we will be back for another stay soon.

The barn was beautiful, so tastefully done and spotlessly clean. The pictures of the properly are lovely, but it’s even better in the flesh. We had a warm welcome and a lovely stay, we’re just sorry it wasn’t for longer. We will be back 😊
