Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Charlotte

A very comfortable apartment in a beautiful & convenient neighborhood. I enjoyed staying here, it felt very safe & private, and I slept great. It was a great choice & I would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful place to stay

Mike was a wonderful host! He was attentive and the house was BEAUTIFUL & clean. When i needed his help, he responded with swiftness which was appreciated! I also loved that he left his # for us to call if we needed anything :) Would love to check out other properties hosted by him.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. This was by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Walkable, safe, comfortable, fully equipped with anything you’d need. Beautiful eclectic neighborhood with access to parks, trails, bike paths and uber! Enya was very friendly and responsive, provided snacks, coffee pods and soap/shampoo/etc. We walked to the city (about 15-20 minutes) and enjoyed dining out, visiting museums and enjoyed a ball game! We even drove out to a casino in Kings Mountain and hiked! Great location definitely one you don’t want to miss if you’re in this area.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

Amazing location! We brought our pup and it was great to have a big fenced in yard as well as the park right around the corner. Beautiful, well kept neighborhood. We attended the Savannah Bananas game at Bank of America stadium and it was great location for a quick drive there.

The house was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and extremely comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms to go with 3 bedrooms, is the best way to go. The backyard is absolutely wonderful. We cooked some burgers and hotdogs while watching a game on the TV in the outside bar. I would love that yard at my house. The hosts were so responsive and even had someone deliver and set up new fans during our stay as it was pretty hot outside. Being a southerner, our fans run 365 days. 🤣 I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in the Charlotte area.

This place is so cute! Very clean and every amenity needed was supplied. Comfy beds and enjoyable space. Hosts were super responsive and flexible. Not one complaint!

Nice place - highly recommend Location Layout Style 💪

I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We got Juan’s place for 2 nights and it was a great stay. The home was very clean and everything we needed was available in the home and kitchen . I am a cook and I usually have to stock up on spices and then end up leaving them because I don’t need them at home. But I was pleasantly surprised at the array of seasonings on the cabinet. (Might not mean much to many, but it’s the little things.) We had planned on getting out on the 2nd day, but we were having so much fun playing family games and enjoying the outdoor activities that we stayed at the Airbnb the entire time with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

This space is always MAGICAL!! Elizabeth always goes out of her way to accommodate our special requests!!! The house is way bigger than the photo shows and the back porch and yard create a feeling like a private sanctuary!

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

The place was very cute, clean, and in an excellent location! Whenever we are back in Charlotte, this will be the first place we check for availability. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall this was a great stay in NODA, with everything the neighborhood has to offer right outside the front door.

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
