Sommerhuset blev bygget for 15 år siden, og har 3 dejlige soveværelser med udsigt til havet, en skønt køkken-alrum, også med udsigt til havet. Et stort badeværelse, et ekstra toilet, og en udendørs bruser. Huset rummer desuden et bryggers og en rummelig gårdhave, hvor man kan sidde i læ de dage hvor det blæser.
