Châteaugiron, a small town of character in Brittany, 12 km from Rennes, a city of history, will delight you with all its shops and its dynamism. With an area of approximately 75 m2, you will be completely independent thanks to its many amenities: laundry room with washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms each with its own shower, 2 toilets, Wi-Fi and TV.

At the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Rennes, "La Licorne" is a pretty 40 m2 house, a fully equipped 25 m2 living room-kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the bedroom: 1 double bed followed by the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room. We welcome you to our cottage adjoining our 1850 character house located in the village of Amanlis, shops accessible on foot. Our " four-legged" friends are also welcome! My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.
