Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chatham

We enjoyed our stay—it was a quick 5-minute car ride to Main Street. We also enjoyed watching wildlife in the river! I wish we had brought our binoculars!

Very nice airbnb! We enjoyed our time here for my bachelorette trip. The beds are absolutely amazing- the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place is so clean and has so many things to keep you entertained. The back yard is so cute! Would loveeee if there was a hot tub! Only thing to be mindful of is the neighbors- even though hours say quiet hours are 11 PM- 7 AM, definitely plan to be quiet earlier. The neighbors were peaking through the fence and messaged the host wayyyy later on the next day that we were being “too loud” when we were being mindful of our noise level. The host is super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Paula’s home! It immediately feels warm and cozy. The furniture looks nice and is comfortable as well. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and toiletries. They left specific instructions and local recommendations. The home is tucked away from the road which makes it feel like a beautiful private getaway. As a book lover, I was thrilled to find some reading options too! We would definitely recommend staying in this lovely home.

This stay in Chatham was lovely. The house was adorable and had plenty of space for all of us staying that weekend. The house was thoughtfully designed with everything you need. You will have to either bring your own towels and sheets or rent and you will need to clean everything to be “broom” clean, which does offload more work and costs onto guests, but otherwise everything was fantastic. The location is so close to everything and is just beautiful.

Came here for a girls trip and absolutely loved the place! The place was a perfect size for 5 girls, and we loved the location. It was walking distance to all the best shopping, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Absolutely adorable! Would stay here again! Be sure to read the details when you get there (my fault I learned you can’t take 2 hot showers back to back…they do tell you that but I missed it). Great location. Perfect crash pad for a weekend as wedding guests!

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Diana and Greg's place is a wonderful place to stay, brimming with nature, quaint and comfortable living space and wonderful hosts. A nice walk to the beach, enjoyed the birds and frog sounds were the highlights and Orleans allows the entire Cape Cod to be accessible under an hour drive. An awesome weekend adventure and appreciate Diana and Greg opening up their doors! Cheers!

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Nice and very comfortable and quiet area.

My fiancé, dog Bandit, and I stayed here for a few days and it was comfortable & had everything we needed. The private beach was a 10/10. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and there are gray seals constantly swimming by near the shore, so cool!! Make sure you take a look at the ideas and recommendations that Patty left in the blue ring binder. I recommend the Rock Harbor Grill for dinner & Ice Cream Cafe for dessert. Close by to the awesome rail trail for dog walks and only a 50ish minute drive to the tip of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I will say BEWARE of ticks if you’re walking your dog. They are plentiful in Cape Cod, believe it or not. Finally, Patty was a wonderful host. We would definitely choose this Airbnb when visiting Cape Cod again.

We absolutely loved staying at Meagan’s place. It was super comfortable, stylish and stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time at opposite sides around the Cape so her location was the perfect central spot. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family - thanks for having us!

Second time there- we really enjoyed the cozy space and room for our dog. Space is great for a quick getaway to the cape.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and also easy to drive from to hit major spots along the Cape Cod bay. Sam provided some good local recommendations and we loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Huibin’s condo! The place was fully stocked with anything we could need from glassware to pots and pans and any other kitchen essential you may need. We appreciated how clean the place was and the special touch of gifting some cape cod chips for our stay. We utilized the list of restaurants recommendations to try out local spots and were not disappointed. Overall we would definitely come back another time!

The place was very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. It was off season & a bit cool so we really enjoyed the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi and walking the beach. So nice to hear the surf when falling asleep! The space was clean & comfortable and the cozy fireplace delightful on the cool nights.
