PETITE CHAMBRE SOUS COMBLES avec entrée indépendante par l'escalier extérieur. Elle est équipée d'une KITCHENETTE pour faire une "petite cuisine" et réchauffer des plats. Située au dessus d'une partie de ma maison, la pièce est mansardée avec poutres apparentes. Vous pourrez profiter du jardin derrière la maison. Gisors est à 4km, où vous trouverez : boutiques, supermarchés, restaurants ... et aussi un château médiéval chargé d'histoire. Je dispose d'un garage pour entreposer les vélos.

Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

Guests can enjoy an independent private garden and have access to large wooded areas conducive to relaxation, by the water and at the foot of large trees. On the corner, there are paths for beautiful nature walks in any season. The region is also rich in sites and villages to discover, and local products to taste!

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

We rent the main part of our family house during the holidays. It is fully renovated with a large garden and a large terrace. Fully equipped, ideal with children. One hour from Paris and one hour from Rouen. The house is split in two. My husband will work in the other part, the door that gives access to this side of the house will be closed. We rent another double room in the other part of the house with independent access. (see our other listings)
