The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

There are walks such as the Monsal Trail, Limestone Way and Pennine Bridalway nearby, with places such as Chatsworth and Haddon Hall a short drive away. The cottage accommodates 4 people (ideally up to 2 adults and 2 children) and is well equipped. It is situated near to our own house. There is a garden and parking next to the cottage.

On our doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Located between Buxton and Bakewell and with a fantastic village pub within walking distance, this is a great countryside bolthole from which to explore the Peak District. Perfect for couples or families with small children, dog friendly and cycle friendly. We can accept 2 dogs and a fee of £30.00 per dog is payable.
