Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a fully-fledged extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

The modern apartment is located in the historic district and is located in a quiet side street, not far from the city center and quickly accessible from the highway exit. Free parking is available in the area. All rooms of the apartment offer plenty of natural light and you can enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony on warm days. The cozy bedroom can comfortably accommodate 2 people, as does the fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
