From the moment I made the reservation to when I checked in Scottie and Leonard were immediately responsive. After checking out my brother had left a pill box. Leonard and Scott immediately reached out to let us know and to determine what actions if any needed to be taken. I would return to this property in a heartbeat. A very unique and wonderful place to get away.

The apartment was nice. We had everything we needed. It was clean, well-maintained, well stocked, and aesthetically pleasing. For a studio apartment it felt very spacious and comfortable, not tiny or smooshed at all. The bathroom had a full-size washer and dryer, which was nice and the shower was spacious and spa like. Older middle class neighborhood, but it felt safe and we had zero issues with neighbors and there was an off street parking pad for our car and had no issues with that either. Overall great stay , would book with Kim again!

Super responsive and respectful host during my extended stay. Super convenient location, for example- quick walk to Marshall Arena for A Day to Remember who happened to be in town while I was staying. Grindstone coffee practically right around the corner. 6 min drive to most restaurants, 7Brew in particular! 10 mins to local Walmart and about 20 mins to the mall. WiFi supported gameplay on my Nintendo swimmingly, even while connecting to my best friend back home states away. No noticeable interruptions to use of Netflix. You will encounter occasional noise from surrounding neighbors, easily drowned local noise out with use of AC/Fan. Nothing you wouldn’t expect given the description of the provided accommodations! My biggest concern upon arrival was the general safety of the area unknown to me. I felt secure and didn’t encounter a single issue for a month.
