I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport options that lead to the apartment) Next to it there is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay was in very good conditions. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Also location is top! 5 min walk from RER B line which takes you to gare du nord, CDG airport and city center easily.

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, large TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, appreciable, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. If I come back to Paris, this is where I will come again. Thank you FABIEN, it is rare to find accommodation so well suited. HENRI

The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not give directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

Everything was very nice. Check in was flexible and very easy. The place was very clean and there is everything you need. We really loved the location, unlike centre of Paris, was very peaceful and we spent an amazing afternoon in the park nearby. Would recommend to anyone who wants to escape the chaos of big city and still enjoy peaceful stay near Paris city centre.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

We stayed in this great accommodation for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The arrival was uncomplicated and the residential complex and the parking lot were easy to find. The flexible check-in via key boxes went smoothly. We were in contact with the host via chat the whole time and always got a quick response. The apartment and the entire house are in impeccable condition. The rooms are lovingly furnished and exceptionally clean. The host was very eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible and even provided us with two fans due to the warm weather. The surroundings are beautiful, well-maintained, quiet and with lots of greenery. A great Auchan supermarket for small purchases is directly opposite. It is only 10 minutes on foot to the train, from there you can reach the center of Paris in a short time. We were able to visit Versailles and Disneyland easily by car. We highly recommend it!

An outstanding stay in a comfortable unit near the Metro which gave access to everything in Paris. Some foodie places and a Carrefours across the lane made it even better. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Perfect for us.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
