We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.
