The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very easy to reach. We would come again and again! Thank you

We stayed at Casa Michele for 2 weeks. A beautiful and spacious house in a quiet village. A small supermarket is next to the house and has sandwiches and other basic things every day. Around the corner, you can rent a boat via Boat2Go. A few houses away there is a bar/cafe/restaurant and at the lake, which is a few streets away, there is a bar and restaurant. Here we had breakfast, cappuccino and croissant, right on the lake in a beautiful location. From the village you can do a few beautiful walks and hikes, from sturdy to heavy. In the house, there is everything available such as a coffee machine with coffee, dishwasher, a TV with Netflix, good beds and a washing machine. There was no kettle, but Michele bought one for us. There is a basic pan set. We cooked a few times ourselves and went out for the rest. Milan and Monza (circuit) can be reached within an hour. Furthermore, the environment is very beautiful. We have had a nice time.

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Villa Fede is absolutely the perfect stay to explore Lake Como. Michela is very helpful, thoughtful and an incredible host. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.

Such a beautiful place in wonderful town. We had a really great stay here and the communication was excellent. Our only note was the bathroom ceiling was very low but my partner and I are tall! Other than this it was the perfect place to call home. Thank you! ✨

Palazzo Giani is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment has all you need and was spotless and comfortable. Living in the old town was delightful. Surrounded by wonderful shops and trattorias we had an endless choice of places to go. The Mastai pasticceria was exceptional and Francesca provided a discount card to use there. That was very considerate. The scenery is breathtaking. The mountains loom large above the beautiful town with all the colourful floral window boxes in contrast. We wish we could have stayed longer. Alice is a very helpful and competent host - always responsive and friendly. Franco1 was a perfect apartment with the lake facing balcony a wonderful place to spend time - especialy during early morning and late evenings. The C30 bus-stop and grocer were within walking distance. Being close to Bellagio meant easy access to Mennagio, Varenna and the other towns, though Como is a bit far and takes more than 40 min by bus. Overall we had a good time.

Place was perfect to stay overnight and I guess would be also great to stay more. Windows are looking at small square which absolutely gorgeous and romantic. Everywhere mountains and beautiful nature. Parking spot is really close and convenient. Close to the apartment, by walking 10 minutes or by car 3 minutes, there are 2 big grocery stores.

We (family with two small children) had a wonderful stay in Andrea's small house. The house itself is very simply furnished, but offers everything you need for a vacation. The location itself is a gift - idyllic, quiet, a few meters from a natural beach; and there is the possibility to reach some restaurants on foot. Communication with Andrea was very prompt and straightforward - everything was described exactly and easy to find. We are already looking forward to another vacation in Andreas Chalet! Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Perfect accommodation for two with magical environments and views. Very fresh and clean and the hostess solves everything without being pushy. Easy to get to the lake, but required a car. Well worth it

We loved our stay at Sara’s place. The apartment is charmingly sited on the river, surrounded by characterful buildings. We had all the facilities we needed for our stay and the apartment was clean and spacious. We were travelling with our cat and he was immediately comfortable! Sara was very responsive and kind, even letting us check out a little later, which we appreciated. A great place!
