Monthly Rentals in Chiaverano

Very nice accommodation, air conditioning very appreciated, quiet, very clean and very spacious. Also well located. Ferdinando was lovely, attentive, available. An address to remember, really.

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Elena's apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to nature and also close to big cities like Torino and even Milano. The place has everything that you need, is very clean and Elena and her sister are excellent host. we definitely recommend this place.

Great location in green and quiet area very close to Ivrea’s city center. The apartment is as described and depicted and is absolutely lovely: spacious, modern, clean and it has everything you need. Highly recommended!
