We had a lovely stay at the barn! It was perfect for our mini break. Lovely and clean and cosy, and we felt right at home. Bed was v comfy, shower powerful and hot, and the garden area was beautiful - especially as we were lucky with some gorgeous summer weather. Hot tub was an added bonus! Fleur was an excellent host - v friendly and responsive, and left some v helpful recommendations for the local area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Andrea & Arnie’s home The house was clean and tidy We arrived to some cakes too which was a lovely touch! The outdoor area was such a lovely little sun trap, we had perfect weather and enjoyed sitting and soaking up the sun before I got married in Chichester on Friday! The amount of crockery, glassware & dishes available to prepare and serve food and drink in was fantastic! Location was fabulous, just a 20 minute walk to the marina where we enjoyed lunch at the boathouse restaurant Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous home for us to enjoy for 3 days 💜

You couldn’t wish for a better location than a minute’s walk from arguably the most beautiful beach in southeast England. We were invited to check in early on a sunny day and arrived to find milk thoughtfully provided. Comfortable sofas and bed, and a secluded garden. We’ll bring small children next time!

Had a lovely weekend away with my family. There was plenty of space for all 3 of us plus the dog. Location was great.Walking distance to a lovely dog friendly beach. Littlehampton a short drive away. Host was very nice and quick to respond to massages. My daughter decided she wanted to have a fire on the log burner. After a short message exchange logs and everything needed to start a fire were delivered by our lovely host. Many marshmallows were toasted which made my teenager very happy.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

Catharine was an amazing host and Driftwood is absolutely beautiful in a perfect setting for our group get together. The hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help, even accommodating an earlier check in for us. Could not recommend this stunning home enough!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

Blake’s cottage was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, nicely furnished, homely, clean and very comfortable. Blake is very attentive to details communication and is a great host. I stayed with my wife and son and would definitely stay there again. The location couldn’t be better and I’d recommend this place for families, couples or a business stay over.

Wonderful cottage. Very spacious, clean, light & oldy-worldy! Really felt at home very quickly. Excellent facilitiers, very cvlear guidence and instructions. Tv first class which was good for the rainy days ! VERY comfortable beds. A great place to stay for a break. Sad to come home !!

Loved this cottage. It had furnishings and decor entirely in keeping the age and character of the cottage. We were warned about low ceilings and the steep stairs. Kitchen is well equipped and opens on to the back garden with seating area. The separate dining area has a table cut from a slice of timber. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom has both a roll top bath and a walk in shower. Washing machine very cleverly is tucked away next to the bathroom. Bosham is a quiet, pretty village with a frontage to the sea channel. There are 2 pubs ( both recommended),a couple of cafes and an arts and crafts centre. The Church is also worth a visit. Nearby are the seaside villages of East and West Wittering. Parking beside the West Wittering beach is expensive so plan to stay most of the day. Chichester is accessible by bus (no 56) from Bosham. All in all a great place for a few days stay.

Ali’s instructions were excellent, but unfortunately I didn’t get them before I left home and my phone was not taking emails. Luckily we know the area and were there for a family party, if I hadn’t known the area I would have been sorry to have missed all her great recommendations for pubs and so on (the White Lion is a short walk across the fields and serves good food and beer). Garden Cottage is lovely, very pretty, at the end of a green and peaceful garden. It has everything you need for a couple of days break in beautiful countryside: a comfortable kingsize bed, a clean and modern wet room, a well equipped little kitchen and a washing machine, which we didn’t need but which would be invaluable if you were on a walking holiday in wet weather. The cottage is very clean and simple, and it even has its own tiny private garden with table and chairs behind it. I can highly recommend Garden Cottage, Ali gave us a great welcome and the cottage is very well presented and comfortable.

Nice tiny Airbnb near the beach with a cosy little garden. It was very nice that we were allowed to bring our dog! The only thing we would've loved to know before is, that there are a lot of cats in the garden at night. There's a motion sensor for the light in the garden and it's constantly turning on and off due to the cats. So we probably wouldn't recommend this Airbnb to people with the same "problem". Besides that, we had a nice, relaxed stay in the shed, with awesome weather and nice walks at the beach! The breakfast provided by Annie was a very kind gesture!

A really lovely find and convenient for all the lovely places in this part of Sussex. Katie has included notice that you may hear he children but to be honest they were lovely and whilst we could hear them at times it was not at all intrusive or disturbing. Recommend a lovely stay here.

Beautiful location and the host added very thoughtful amenities like a choice of bubble baths to choose from, a massager machine, fans in every bedroom which was very much needed during this heatwave. The choice of teas and coffees were amazing too.
