Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chichester

The Studio was perfect; so well thought out and designed. West Meon is gorgeous, and we followed recommendations for local meals and walks. In addition to being lovely, the room was extremely comfortable with everything you could need. Connie and Michael were thoughtful and welcoming hosts who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. Easy to find and tons to do locally. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Keith and Elayne’s place was absolutely perfect! Quiet location but still easily able to use Ubers for nearby food places. Check in was easy. The place itself was spotlessly clean with a lovely shower after a long day of walking! The bed was comfy with great bedding. Outdoor area was beautifully kept and we were left with breakfast bits for the next day! Would recommend anyone to stay! :)

This was a return visit for me and it was as lovely as I remember. A peaceful retreat but also walkable to all of Midhurst's amenities. This time I was able to make most of the beautiful sunshine to enjoy the garden. Midhurst has much to offer and as lovely as every. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for my "mumcation" mental health mini break. I really benefitted from the peace and sanctuary of the cottage. A special mention to being able to chose x4 items to be left in fridge. Takes all the thought process of what to do with basic provisions away. Also really appreciate the 11am check out which enabled me to enjoy a full morning before checking out.

Superb little place for a stay on the South Downs Way with space for boots and bikes. Very communicative and responsive host, both prior to and on the day of my arrival. Friendly, personal welcome at the accommodation which is well-equipped, well-appointed and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast items are a nice extra touch. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and I enjoyed a very pleasant evening and a good night’s sleep.

The space was super clean and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, and shops just around the corner.

A lovely bright spacious apartment in a quiet road but not too far from Ventnor town centre. Very homely and welcoming, plenty of information about local amenities and well stocked with books and games if the weather kept you indoors. Eileen responded very quickly and gave clear instruction regarding check in, parking and the number of stairs up to the apartment! Although it's top floor location meant that it does have sea views.

Pamela, is a great host met us at property and showed us around, lovely postion in Old Portsmouth close to all areas. We loved watching the shipping movements from the lounge, would use again if still available having use of the garage was great.

Stayed for work nearby in Portsmouth city centre. The flat was a thirty second walk to the beach nearby, round the corner from a co-op and very near to some really nice Southsea shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and cosy living space. Having a balcony with seating was lovely to use in the sunshine and see the sea! It was a quiet area and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great find! Amazing location right on the seafront, away from the busier centre but close enough to travel in. Lovely furnished studio apartment with modern character. Host very responsive and accommodating, all essential amenities provided and much more. Definitely recommend and would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Gary’s place. Gary provided bread,milk and essentials which were welcome. The location was spot on for walking to Southsea beach,or catching a bus to gunwharf quays and attractions. I would come back again. Graham

What a fantastic find - beautiful location, gorgeous house and garden and Abigail is such a wonderful, friendly, thoughtful and accomodating host. Even the many different birds make you feel welcome. You couldn't wish for more at this idyllic cottage. Highly recommended.

This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

Lucy was extremely hospitable & thoughtful ! The fridge in my room has crumpets inside !! Cute ! A bowl of little varied chocolates, one of fruit & cutlery , a breakfast bowl , kettle : tea , coffee , hot chocolate and more , she thought of everything , and even had some toiletries incl shampoo & conditioner.. my room has its own showroom / toilet 👍🏼 Very communicative , friendly , helpful and happy for you to enjoy her garden and home ! Will def stay again if I return ! Plus Sassy her fluffy grey cat is a bonus ! Thanks L! 🪷

Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.
