Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chieming

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation again through Airbnb.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We spent 3 days in this beautiful house and had a great Family time. The house was very clean and is equipped with everything needed. We highly recommend - only missing point was the WiFi

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Quiet, spacious and peaceful in a lovely little town surround by nature and great hikes but weather was pouring rain our two days here so no hiking for us. It is located a 35-40 minute drive from Salzburg so good for a day trip. Would stay here again.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. Really beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was really clean and the decorations gave it a really cozy feeling. Florian and Sandra were very friendly and fast to respond, even providing us with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for longer!

We were guests at Irene and Franz's for a week and felt completely comfortable. The Schmuckkastl has a beautiful and good interior, is sparkling clean and the outside area also invites you to linger. It is an oasis of calm. We were able to enjoy the surroundings on many bike rides and hikes. Irene and Franz were always available with helpful tips. Doris and Klaus

The stay was completely pleasant! The warm welcome with a personal door sign was a great surprise and immediately made us feel good. Thanks to the clear instructions by email, the door was easy to open, and the check-in went completely smoothly. The accommodation was clean, cozy and well equipped just as described (in detail: fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, towels large/small, hair dryer, dispenser for shower gel & shampoo, WiFi, TV, magazines, books, div. Excursion flyer). We would like to highlight the friendly and helpful communication with the host, which was always quick and uncomplicated. We were able to stay here for 5 days, in a one-room apartment - completely sufficient for two. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you for the loving hospitality! A great stay! Simone was super nice and warm – we immediately felt welcome. A special highlight was the small round trip with Werner, where he showed us cool hotspots that we would never have discovered otherwise. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I am an extremely clean person in everyday life. I quickly feel uncomfortable if things are not tidy or are messy. Therefore, at this point, a very big compliment to the person who tidied up the accommodation in advance! Excellent work! There was enough space for the German shepherd who traveled with us. In addition, the apartment is located in a "walking-friendly" area due to the rural location. The residents of the village are very friendly to foreigners. You are greeted by everyone and help is offered if you - as we apparently do 😁 - stand around a bit lost in the landscape. We were happy to be guests in this house and will also be happy to come back if we need accommodation in this area again.
