Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Chincoteague

Beautiful, clean home that was perfect for vacation for family of 7. Great location with lots to do. We took advantage of the fitness facility, pool, beach, pickle ball, playground, community grills, tram and Sea Colony shops. Caroline was extremely easy to communicate with as she was highly responsive and proactive in providing helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Here's what my mom had to say: This place is awesome. Although weather didn't cooperate for sitting on the balcony for long, the sunrises were phenomenal. Everything we needed was there and it provided a great "family" time. Definitely an "A plus" in every way! As far as me, everything was amazing. The view, the decor, the communication, the location. Probably one of the best Airbnb stays ever. Beds are super comfortable and each room has access to the view and the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and super easy access to amenities including movie theater, playground, basketball court and pool. Can't say anything bad about this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Jack. I appreciate all the communication and proactive information.

We enjoyed this condo! The Capri is in a great location. The building has security, multiple elevators, convenient bins for loading/unloading your things, a large indoor pool open from 10am-10pm most days, plus an arcade, tennis courts & a small indoor basketball court. The unit also has an assigned parking spot. The bedrooms were as described & we had enough space our group of 6. The living room & dining room areas were large & nicely decorated. The kitchen lacked some of the basic supplies so it was a little difficult for cooking, but I imagine more will be added as this is a newer rental & we were able to make it work for a weekend trip. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was also very convenient! The blinds in the bedrooms & the kitchen cabinets were a little dirty, but otherwise the condo was clean. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Elva was very responsible. The condo was very clean. The pictures matched the condo. There were lots of little touches to make us feel at home. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The pool was clean and private. It was perfect for our family

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. First of all, the inside of the condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped allowing us to cook our dinner meals. When we arrived, the first couple of days were cloudy and a little chilly. But there were plenty of things to do indoors like pool tables, ping-pong and arcade games. The best part of our stay was the view from our balcony. The view of the ocean from our bedroom was amazing! On a clear morning you are greeted by the morning sun while sipping your cup of coffee. What's even more amazing was the front entrance of the condo overlooks the bay. And in the evening, you can see the sun setting. We would definitely love to come back for another stay.

We had a great stay at Ira’s place! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with a large balcony and amazing ocean views. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and the bonus of two bathrooms. Ira was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again!

If you want to stay in Ocean City- this is the place. Aside from the restaurants and everything the boardwalk has to offer, the condo is perfect! An immaculate kitchen and space with everything you need from cooking a meal to hanging out on the balcony to heading to the beach. It’s so convenient to what Ocean City has to offer but more than that the hosts are super responsive, have great recommendations on what to do while you’re there, and have offered a space that has a “homey” feel for anyone who stays. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back. It’s a long drive from South Georgia but I cannot imagine a more perfect, welcoming location. Definitely put this one on the list to visit!!

Great oceanfront getaway in OCMD!

Solid location in the middle part of Ocean City within walking distance of convention center. Bed is comfortable as a pull-down bed. Good amenities for whatever length of stay you need. Had to check in at a different building first (which I got to just in time before closing), but overall a good place to be on a budget.

Jessica was a fantastic host. Very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was perfect and we would absolutely rent again.

The place was great for a peaceful stay, there is a bus stop just a few feet from the parking lot which was really nice. Adam leaves clear instructions for everything. My friends and I loved laying in the sun at the pool deck!

Fantastic family place, super clean, amazing balcony, nice amenities, just carpool to save on parking and earlier check in/later checkout would be better (our bad — we should have asked the host)

Our family has a beach house in Ocean Pines, and we are looking to purchase our own in the coming years. We have stayed in all parts of ocean Pines and love it so much, we came across this house a couple months ago and I’m so glad we did! We spend most of the summer in Ocean Pines had different rentals and will definitely be coming back specifically to this one!! it’s perfect for our small family and pet friendly! The house was small but spacious, quiet and tranquil. 10/10 highly recommend!

This house is very nice for multiple families and especially children. There were a lot of beach toys available and other things like umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon, strollers. The community pool was nice too. The private beach and walkable and very private. No one was really around. I thought it was neat how the horseshoe crabs were very active during high tide (this is likely dependent on time of year). The view from the kitchen/ main screened in porch faces the sunset which was incredible. The bedrooms are very spacious and the closets are so spacious in 3 of the bed rooms that they could be used as mini bedrooms for small children (my daughter slept in a pack in play in one of the closets). My only negative was that the large kitchen wasn’t as well stocked with pots and pans as I would expect but this might not be a big deal to some, it’s just our family enjoys cooking and stayed in for most meals. The house was clean and very comfortable and not far from Bethany beach (~18min).

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

This was one of the best rentals our family has ever stayed in—beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the hot tub, massage chair, and ALL the games (e.g. arcade, air hockey, skeeball, foosball, basketball) that kept everyone entertained. We got great use of the pool and gym at the clubhouse, which also conveniently offered a shuttle to the beach. The beach gear made our days on the sand easy and fun, and the kayaks were a fantastic bonus. Host communication was excellent- extensive instructions and information including local recommendations. We enjoyed our stay at Bear Trap Dunes! Listing is as pictured and we enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening reading. Madison was very responsive to questions before and during our stay.

I could not be happier with the overall experience. Amy responded immediately and in detail to all questions. The home was beautiful and very well maintained.

What a wonderful place! The owners thought of everything and then some. Way more was available than actually listed. Our family ranged from 80 to 6 yrs old and we were able to accommodate every need. The kitchen had more gadgets then we could use in a week. But we tried! We made pizza, grilled, baked, broiled, steamed and fried so many wonderful meals. The kids fished, scooted and made some amazing forts. At night we enjoyed great conversation and played some games. The home is perfect for families. We loved our time there and thought the owners were very responsive and terrific to work with. And this was our first time to Bethany. The location was great to the beach and other great places like ice cream and miniature golf. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Bethany. Thank you!
