The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing after a day in Venice. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged — you’ll find everything you need and even more! The location is perfect for exploring Venice: close to public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. We had a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the essential places we needed. Beyond the convenience, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Enzo and Mariangela. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming — perhaps the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Enzo and Mariangela absolutely deserve the title of Superhosts. If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it’s definitely them. We had such a memorable experience with you, and we’d love to return as your guests again someday. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

This was a lovely property in a quiet neighbourhood, but with a bus stop 3 minutes away which took you into the Old Town in around 10 minutes. The property was very comfortable and well equipped, with a great coffee machine. I didn’t get a chance to use the front terrace due to rainy weather but I am sure it would be a great place to relax.

Friendly and helpful host, the tavern was welcoming, well organized and clean. The area is quiet and, if you need it, I'll be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, clean and equipped with all utilities. I really liked the style of the apartment (big enough for my family of 4 including 2 teenagers), the opening to the water that allowed me to enjoy coffee every morning with a unique landscape. We had a second coffee (while the teenagers rested a little more) at Majer (Garibaldi Street, 5 min walk), which Nicholas recommended. So we could bring great things to the children for breakfast. We could then begin our journeys in Venice. Nicholas was very responsive to every question (and I had a lot of them😃). He gave us great advice. I also really enjoyed Nicholas' music, which rocked all the moments spent in the apartment. Everything is close (shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions). Finally, we had a great stay in a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again . Thank you Nicholas!

The stay was great, Marco was very welcoming and I didn't have any problems. The apartment is very confortable and near the supermarket. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was located conveniently close to the train station but enough from crowds to have peace. It’s close to plenty of coffee stops, a grocery store, and water bus stops. Totally recommend. We had plenty of room for us and our two kids

Dott’s place is cozy and perfect for two. The bed is firm, the air conditioning is plentiful, and the decor is charming. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and several green spaces.

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

This is a beautiful, wonderfully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood with amazing restaurants nearby. Alessandro is an incredible host who made our time in Venice unforgettable and we would absolutely love to stay here again. I would give this Airbnb and Alessandro 6 stars if I could.

Antonella’s place was so beautifully set up - the breakfast was delightful & presented so lovely as well ! Antonella was extremely responsive & more than happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored after check out - would definetly stay again !

The property is modern, stylish and immaculate on a quite street in a quiet river-side town with frequent and reliable public transport. The room and neighbouring private bathroom were smart and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was freshly made and plentiful with a wide variety of options. Anna Paola was very helpful and clear with any information that we needed and we enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at a local fish restaurant that she recommended. We would happily stay there again.

Stefania is wonderful! Our flight was delayed, then the bus from Treviso station went straight passed us. Difficult getting a taxi as local music festival on! We kept Stefania upto date eventually we got a taxi to her place. She drove to a local pizzeria as it was late, it was fantastic food. Primavera pizzeria, 2 pizzas, 2 beers 4 fantas. €45, under £40. Left the next day after a fantastic breakfast. Comfy beds and great shower. Just wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Stefania 🤩 love Lorna & Rich

An excellent condo (with breakfast) that provides a convenient and comfortable place within walking distance to old Treviso. Only one night for me but served well.

Alessandro was an amazing host! He gave us local tips, maps and books to really learn the history of Venice. His recommended spots to visit (and where to eat gelato) was what made our whole trip! Thank you for everything!

The bed was excellent, the room comfortable and the welcome from Natalia was exceptional. Convenient for the station and quiet at night. Would recommend.

Great place and responsive host 😊

We absolutely loved our time at Francesca’s B&B. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Francesca was really welcoming and made sure we knew how to get our way around and that we had everything we needed. Although, the B&B was outside the main island, we appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, and San Marco was an easy 15 minute ferry ride away. It was perfect. Thank you Francesca!!
