A really great accommodation with beautiful assets (spa bath, sauna, steam room). The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful place (currently under construction but very quiet nonetheless, I was not disturbed by noise). The instructions given were clear and Emmanuel was always reachable if needed. If you want to recharge your batteries a little and be in a small, comfortable cocoon and decorate with taste, go for it!

Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated, clean, the neighborhood is quiet and basic necessities are available, which is nice. Very well-equipped accommodation, the children enjoyed the games available. We recommend this rental and if we have to return to the area we will not hesitate to book this place again.

Couple stay for our 10 years. Very well-decorated, pleasant accommodation. Well equipped. Quiet environment. Hosts are available However, we heard them a little upstairs, a shame (they live above the property). And hosts not very flexible on schedules, a shame for Airbnb. It was a good stay, I recommend for a little romantic getaway.

Very pleasant short stay in this apartment, very cozy, impeccably clean and very well equipped. The table and chairs in the small, sunny garden allowed us to drink coffee in the morning and an aperitif in the evening in a small ray of sunshine. Perfect place for a quick layover in Cholet. Very well located in the heart of the center, very easy to find and get in. It's a small studio but very well thought and organised. Everything was spotless and Houcine was very friendly and quick to react. I will definitely keep this adress !

A business trip facilitated by a quiet, bright, welcoming and clean accommodation located in the heart of the city with a garage space that allows you to do everything on foot afterwards. There is everything you need to cook. If I have to come back to Cholet for several days, I won't look elsewhere. I highly recommend it.

T1 bis very clean. Responsive host Under the roof, so it is very hot in case of strong heat, fortunately there are 2 fans available.

Very nice accommodation, we spent one night there and it was perfect. Clean, well equipped. Only the sofa bed is not very comfortable but for us children it was sufficient. Just a small downside for the environment which was quite noisy at night (cars passing quite quickly in the street but you can't do anything about it). Thanks for the quality of your listing. This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
