Seascape is a bright, airy lodge tucked away at the edge of Swanage Bay View. Adjoining Townsend Nature Reserve it enjoys utter tranquillity and spectacular views over the bay, as seen on 'A Place in the Sun'. With its tasteful modern furnishings, central heating and double glazing, Seascape is cosy in winter, while in warmer weather, the large deck offers a panoramic view all the way to Corfe Castle. In addition, guests enjoy the amenities of SBV - all within a 15 min walk of the seafront!

Happy Daze

Our Garden Chalet is situated in a lovely south facing garden setting in a nice area. It comprises of one comfortable double bed and has its own private shower room with toilet outside ,adjacent to the chalet. We provide a breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Wifi. Parking is outside the house on road. Christchurch Rail Station is a 5min walk and it takes only 10 mins to walk to the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and beautiful river walks.

Promenade walks into the world famous Cowes offering shops, nautical pubs & fine dining, only 500 yds from the nearest well known eating pub. Amazing location comfortable accommodation and underfloor heating. Stunning views from inside and outside on the decking. The chalet has steps and is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues. The chalet is ideal for couples and individuals.

The Shed

The Shed is named somewhat tongue in cheek by the owners' family as it is about as far from a shed as you can get. Whether sitting out on the decking with its clear view glass balustrade or in the comfort of the lounge you have stunning views across Avon Beach and the Solent to the Isle of Wight and The Needles; there is always something to watch at any time of year. When you talk about a property one of the most important factors is location.

Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. Guests will have the place to themselves.
