Our luxury shepherds hut is situated in our 4 acre meadow shared with our herd of sheep in the beautiful North Dorset countryside. The village of Fontmell Magna is in a conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a dark skies reserve. The Hut faces over the lake with glorious, uninterrupted views over the Fontmell Downs. The Hut is but offers a luxurious glamping opportunity with all the mod cons. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is suitable all year round.

Enjoy the view of our beautiful lake filled with fish from the pontoon. Have a kick around on the field, a game of tennis on the court or just simply sit back & enjoy the view. Look out for the deer, fox & badger or meet our animals. A 20 minute drive to Sandbanks beach, amenities close by & many more attractions locally mean it’s the perfect location to explore Dorset & The Jurassic Coast. Sopley Retreat is a family run luxury glamping retreat, in the village of Sopley, New Forest. Our secluded lodge is located on peaceful grounds, situated next to the River Avon, with fishing and hot tub (extra charge) Inside is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living area with double sofa bed, kitchen with appliances and dining table, wood burner and TV. A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

SHOREBANKS No 4 Sandacres in Sandbanks on the corner of Shore Road / Banks Road, right on the beach! Located on first floor and provides 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony (rare!) with amazing views / sunsets over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance the Poole Quay area. Looking at our photo's is a real must!!! Relax on the balcony and just watch some amazing views, there is always something interesting to see!!!

Lakeside Cottage - at Incombe Farm

Really comfortable and warm converted stables next to our main house but with privacy, standing in idyllic private valley. Less than 2 miles from Shaftesbury. The cottage overlooks our small lake (about 1/2 acre). Peaceful countryside with buzzards, woodpeckers, a barn owl, ducks, pheasants, deer and even otters. See them at your breakfast table or in our enclosed veranda with circular table and overhead heater. Well behaved small / medium dogs only - strictly by prior agreement.

Oak Lodge - Headlands farm

Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!
