The Monastery | Unique farmhouse near Lucca

In the hillside hamlet of San Pietro a Marcigliano, a few minutes away from Lucca, nestles The Monastery, a charming holiday house with pool surrounded by olive groves and wine yards. The construction of the main building of the estate goes back to the 1550s. In more recent times it was converted to an elegant family home, maintaining the architectural integrity of the original building. In the proximities you will also see other ancient buildings that once were barns and houses for the workers.

Dedicato ai sognatori, una bellissima tenda di 4 metri di diametro posta su uno dei colli panoramici più belli di Lucca. Ciò che vogliamo offrire è un esperienza selvaggia, dove l'acqua calda è scaldata dal sole, i materiali per costruire la capanna / bagno sono stati recuperati. Un posto dove ri-trovarsi e perché no, fare una sorpresa alla persona amata per una fuga romantica... dormirete con davanti uno spettacolo di luci tra stelle, lucciole e l'illuminazione della bellissima piana Lucchese.

Deze authentieke woning heeft prachtige typische Toscaanse elementen zoals een houten balken plafonds en terracotta vloeren. Daarnaast is de woning voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken zoals onder andere een airconditioning in iedere kamer (2022 geïnstalleerd) en een volledig eigen privé zwembad (10x5mtr.) Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!
