Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, Casa Pôr has a tangential view of the horizon as the central point of its architectural project. The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

Brand new, quiet and charming space. Suite with queen-size bed, reading lights and fragrant bed linen. A kitchen with a water filter, a two-burner cooktop and utensils for preparing meals. Very nice balcony, with a small table, comfortable hammock and swimming pool a few steps away. All done with affection to welcome people of good taste in search of tranquility. The serenade is provided by the symphony of the Atlantic Forest of Ilhabela, one of the most beautiful islands on the Brazilian coast.

Casa Árvore is a private house, ideal for couples, located within the Casas D’Água Doce space, a 7,000m² property integrated into nature, featuring natural pools, waterfall, ocean views, and other well-spaced houses. The house offers privacy and a nature-focused experience with comfort and convenience. We are located close to the historic center and the island’s northern beaches. A space designed for those seeking tranquility and easygoing days, in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
