The most perfect weekend away with our doggies, the cottage is located on a beautiful vineyard which our dogs were allowed to run around ! Great base to visit local areas and a short drive to a few different beaches, our dogs felt very settled at Charley’s place and they were even greeted with some treats and a tennis ball ! Our favourite weekend break we’ve had in a very long time. Can’t wait to come back in the future :-) thank you !

We stayed here for 1 month. Kaz and Rob were great hosts. They ensured they were on site when we arrived, to let us into the property and provide us with all we needed to know about their accommodation and area, including good dog walks, and were so helpful throughout our whole stay. They also provided the best Welcome Pack I’ve ever seen! The accommodation is perfect for 2 people, and it is so well equipped. The WIFI was good, which we needed as I was working during our stay. We were also able to use the adjacent cottage to store some of our stuff and use their freezer. We found the hosts, and the locals, so friendly and welcoming and my wife felt totally safe there on her own too, when I had to work away for a night. We also loved the nature connection, with nice walks and being close to the sea. Aberaeron itself has some nice cafés, a useful small supermarket an organic food shop, a well-stocked health food shop and a few other shops. We'd highly recommend Karen's place!

Absolutely book this!.. because waiting for you is a comforting hug-of-a-cottage. Spotlessly clean, light and generously proportioned rooms welcome you. The hosts are accommodating and responsive, but never crowd. The location is so very peaceful; set on a working farm, you will relax instantly to the sound of birdsong and distant cattle. There is outside space to enjoy the wonderful sunsets over far-reaching views. Simply lovely! We would return in a heart-beat.

the Milk Shed was a very well appointed space to spend a few days, we had intended to use it as a base to do some walking but the weather had other ideas, however it was a very comfortable apartment to while away afternoons in the rain. Everything was as described and check in was smooth. we would love to come back in the future.
