What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. Overall, a lovely stay with a wonderful host. Thank you so much for everything! 🌟

This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

Rosanna and her husband are two wonderful people. Their cottage is a real gem in the woods, perfect for those seeking peace and detachment from city life. The house has enormous potential that, in summer, can be fully exploited (there is a large swimming pool in the backyard). The main places to visit are quite close, you can travel by car between Umbria and Tuscany without problems. Services (bars and supermarkets) are 5 minutes away. We had a great time and our dog, Puck, immediately felt at home.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super nice, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

What a fantastic place! If you are looking for a peaceful place in nature to relax and unwind in Italy, look no further than this farm stay. Silvia and Alberto were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, the accommodations are nice, and the views are spectacular. An added bonus was their adorable dog, who greeted us at our car, hung out with us often and went on nearly every walk with us. We already miss her! Alberto also did a cooking class for us, which was a wonderful experience and so much fun. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Wonderful, peaceful stay. Calm host and calming environment in a beautiful part of the world. I would encourage anyone wanting a laidback break to stay.

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much to heart the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

SPLENDID stay...... there is no other adjective to express this weekend....... we had a great time, everything was perfect, clean, tidy, the house was very fresh, the pool was beautiful, nothing was really missing, indeed Elwin (very kind and available for everything) made us find some attentions that I particularly appreciated, we found wine, fruit juice, eggs, snacks, all delicacies that are not obvious and are enormously pleasing. I personally have had various experiences of this kind, but this time everything was truly PERFECT. I really hope to be able to return. For those who want to spend a relaxing, restful and peaceful weekend, I highly recommend it. Thanks again to Elwin and Yvette. See you soon.

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We have only been back for a few hours after a week spent in this wooden accommodation and we already miss it. So much greenery, tranquility and simplicity. Super host, always available and present but never intrusive. Very prepared for advice on the place and above all a pleasant person to listen to. His dogs are very sweet and very polite, they collaborated a lot with our two pesky Pinschers. We did not miss anything, everything was perfect and certainly repeatable. We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

Tommaso and Marta are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with homemade cakes and bread. There is a spa area, we used the pool a few times. A highlight for our daughter was the visit to the fattoria, which we highly recommend for families with children. Tommaso even installed a child seat for the e-bikes. It was wonderful. We recommend it!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.
