The property is on two floors with the bedroom & shower room upstairs. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, double hob, microwave and breakfast bar. The Lounge area has a settee & television. Little Braxted is situated 12 miles north of Chelmsford and 14 miles south of Colchester.

THE WOODPECKERS IS SITUATED IN ALRESFORD ESSEX The Woodpeckers is a private annexe with its own entrance and patio featuring a charcoal BBQ. Inside, there's a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, kettle, and microwave, along with provided tea and coffee. The lounge includes a smart 40-inch TV and a convertible sofa bed. The bedroom has a king-size zip-link bed that can be split into two singles upon request. We are also happy to discount longer stays for workers.

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle
