Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Welcome to our outbuilding located at the bottom of our garden. 55 m2 refurbished with spacious fully equipped living room/kitchen. One bedroom with 1 double bed/convertible sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Baby cot available on request for an extra €5. Small terrace with table and chairs and a small piece of garden. Suburban neighborhood, 2-min drive to a shopping mall with Speed Parc, Cinema, restaurants... and 5-min walk to a pleasant little forest 🌳

Treehouse

Wooden cabin suspended from trees 4 m high on the edge of a wood. It swings slightly with the wind, which causes creaking. The cabin includes almost all the desired comforts: shower room, fitted kitchen, living room, bed area and auxiliary heating. Atypical accommodation accessible by a spiral staircase with garden, table and children's play area. Great for walks or relaxing with the family. Breakfast is available at an additional cost (upon request).
